Meet The Dream Team

This is Beth Karpen, Beth has been involved in early childhood in Tea for over 20 years.  Beth takes great pride in her job and does a great job leading 

our great staff.  When not at work, Beth can be found playing volleyball, or planning a community event.  

Franny is our Lead Infant Teacher and the main reason our list is so long for our Infant Room.  She is loved by all parents and we adore Franny!   Franny is married and is normally found cheering on her kids at school events.

Jade.....  Cook does not accurately describe Jade as she is so much more.  Besides being everyone's best friends, she is a large source of encouragement and constant positivity.  Jade is a mom of two and expecting her third with her husband.  There's  not much she won't do to help out this team.  She is much loved.  

Daisy has many years experience in childcare and makes up a awesome combo team with Franny in the infant room.  We are thrilled to have Daisy back in our building. 

Daisy is married and has two adorable school-age children.  

Shaylee has a friendly smile on her face at all times.  Her experience with the toddlers is evident with all of the activities she plans and implements each day.  The toddler room is a busy one with lots of squeals of delight and many  new experiences.  

Sarah is an amazing staff and we are forunate to have her on our team Her positive attitude and willingness to handle all aspects of the job is amazing.  She loves those kids and loves playing on the floor with them.  We are also so very proud of her for moving into her own place!!  

Meredith joined our team this year and has found her passion caring for little ones. The parents love her, the KIDS ADORE her and management knows we are very lucky to have her.

If you hear music in our building it's probably coming from Ambers room.  Her creativity and constant activity produces one of our busiest room in the building.  With their daily outside time and "Farmer of the Week" you never know what to expect in this room.  Amber is much loved by our kids and parents.  

What a sweetheart.  We get to spend time with Naddie in the afternoons.

Leslie has 10 years invested in to this building.  She started working here while in high school and is now an elementary school teacher.  We are lucky to be able to experience her magical gifts on non school days and summer.  She is flexible and can work in any room.  We are so fortunate to have her when she's available.  

If you know Carissa you will agree that she always has a smile on her face..  Carissa is a bubbly, friendly person who is not afraid of many things. She always wants to make things better is not afraid to learn and try new things.  Her positive additude and sincere heart draws kids to her classroom.  We are so fortunate to get to hang out with Carrisa and are thrilled to have her on our team.

We are so fortunate to be able to have Sara come in when we find ourselves short-staffed.  Her "day-job" is the librarian at Venture Elementary,  When not busy at school Sara shares her talent with us from her experience with the written word to the special art and craft projects she shares with the girls.  We are so grateful to have her with us and share her time with our kids.  Sara is an avid Glee & T Swift fan and we can find her singing along to their soundtrack.  

Katlyn is a busy mom and has many years experience as a teacher with young children.  We love having her in our building as she is a utility players and can handle working gin any room. We are fortunate to have a strong utility player on our team and we love  having her constant smile and positivity with us at all times.
